For shorter bookings, we offer an hourly rate. This is ideal for meetings, classes, or small group activities. Costs are:
Winter bookings (from the commencement of GMT):
Charity/Village Rate – £12 p/h
Standard Rate – £16 p/hSummer bookings (from the commencement of BST):
Charity/Village Rate – £10 p/h
Standard Rate – £13 p/hDeposit: A deposit of 1/3rd the total hire cost is payable upon signing the hire agreement

Our standard day rate for hiring Stansted Village Hall. This rate covers use of the hall for a full day, suitable for events such as workshops, parties, or community gatherings.
Winter bookings (from the commencement of GMT):
Charity/Village Rate – £120 per day
Standard Rate – £160 per daySummer bookings (from the commencement of BST):
Charity/Village Rate – £100 per day
Standard Rate – £130 per dayDeposit: A deposit of 1/3rd the total hire cost is payable upon signing the hire agreement

The hall can accommodate up to 80 seated guests or 100 standing guests.

When you hire the hall, the following facilities are included:
Use of the main hall space
Tables and chairs for your event
Access to the kitchen facilities
Projector
Sound system
Access to internet/WiFi
Heating and lighting
On-site parking
Access to the field can be arranged, however this would need to be agreed separately with Stansted Parish Council
Additional equipment or services may be available on request.
