The Annual Gymkhana, Fete & Dog Show is a long-standing village event held each summer. It brings together equestrian activities, traditional fete stalls, and the popular dog show, and is well attended by local residents and visitors.

In addition to the gymkhana and fun dog show, the fete usually features a musical performance, traditional stalls such at the coconut shy, a classic car show, a bottle tombola, the Village Market, ice-creams and cakes, bbq food, a bar, animal charities, a raffle and the ever popular egg jarping (more exciting than the version from the North).
